I know someone who has submitted two different documents at two different places wherein his date of brith is different. He made false documents or may be an affidavit.
One place where he submitted docs is for issuing passport and other place is at marriage registration. Both have different DOB and if we consider DOB of passport is correct then he was minor during marriage.
I want to take legal steps for false presentation of facts. What should I do? Further guide me if anyone can take legal steps who is aware of this manipulation by him? or only certain parties to it can proceed??
And how should i proceed with this?
