First get the certified copies of all the documents, which you are alleging then file application about this fraud. your advocate as well as other co-heirs must be responsible for this. however advocate might not have any knowledge of this fraud. first confirm from advocate, he must be negligent and/or careless. this routine practice that people take vakalatnama from  advocate on the pretext that they will get signatures of other relatives at home. this might be the same case.

yes, you must take all documents from certificate copy there after file a petition, then ask scriptt commissioner for veryfy your signature.

Mr. Raj Kumar Makkar is very much correct. If you controvert the Signature  then file a petition before the honourable  Court indicating the fraud committed by the parties filing petition on your behalf. The matter would be enquired into and justice done.

I have filed Separate Vakalatnama in my name, I have Certified copy of Vakalatnama in which forged sign is there, I will file FIR foe said matter to be on record .

 I belong to place A the high court in which forge vakalatnama was filed is in place B ...around 500 kms from my place but in same state, other co-heirs/ respondents belongs to place A, C & D.
