I am working in BSNL. I was officiating in the cadre of JTO wef 29.12 2004 with pay fixation under fr35.
but now as per verdict of principal CAT pay will be fixed undef fr22(1)(a)(1) wef 29.12.2004. also mentioned that pay review introduced wef 01.01.2007 and I have got regular promotion in the cadre of JTO wef 14.01.2008. Now i want to know that fr22(1)(a)(1) will continue upto my promotion date or break in the effect date of pay revision.
