An inspector of Delhi's anti-corruption branch (ACB) was arrested in New Delhi on Wednesday for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 100,000 from a complainant, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said.
Find another predator to rein in the ACB?

The wine is same only the bottles are different. Afterall every departiment have to be filled up with human beings only... just because the name of the dept., the nature of man will not change. Unless and until the people who are entursted with public responsibiltiy and trust are punished more severely for the same offence compared to what is due for an ordinary man for that offence... things may not change.
