If you have committed forgery (punishable u/s 468 IPC) and/or counterfieted document(s) ( punishable u/s 471 IPC) irrespective of the fact that you were juvenial at the time of offence, you should disclose in your profile.
However, College days (an adult) forgery and counterfieting offence do not fall in the catagory of juvenial which is a henious crime.
