Governor or no Governor Yediyurappa should have stepped down and made way for someone else to become the party leader in the Assembly. If he was a real loyal member of BJP (or any other party for that matter), he should have sacrificed his position to uphold probity in public life. The party high command does not show courage either to firmly ask him to step down. This is pure caste politics. How did BJP come to power in Karnataka? People were disgusted with the machinations of Gowda and sons.How BJP came to power at the Centre in 1999? Then also people were disgusted with political opportunism of others.
