Grievance against lawyer

Is this lawyer appearing in court for your case?

	18 months ago we have appointed a lawyer in sub-court in a.p, in a property suit. have provided valid mobile numbers and e.mail id.,which he has used he has already been paid substantial amount in advance for the case by bank transfers. we are staying about 400 km away and not able to travel frequently. he is not informing of the progress of the case. he is not picking up his phone, not calling back, not sending sms, and not replyingtoo e-mail for almost 6 months  to whom should we complain??

Just check with court records sectoin whether he filed any case.

Most probably my guess is he did not file any case at all.  If he has filed and still not responding he must have been stuck at some place whre he is unable to call you.

Or he must be a crook who simply took money and  not doing work.

If you have his photo or some video that you made where he agreed to take up your case and received fees. Then make use of such and file complaint to local bar association president, and copy to Bar Council of India President stating that your advocate is not working etc.

These things will take long time to get over. These are bunch of crooks and nothing more. Complaint receiver also will bbe like your advocate. So dont expect much from this route.

You simply change advocate. But you can make complaint as I told. It take long time.

Judges coming on tv to public with folded hands. You are thinkinng of brining advocate to books? Courts are no more places to seek justice. Usse rowsy power and get your property vacated. As far as this advocate goes, take one gunny bag and searchi him. YOu get hands on him put gunny bagg onhis head, cover him and beat him with a baseball bat. Take some 10 people with you and do this. Tear his jacket and parade him ndue oon donkey by shabing his hed. These type of advocates desrver this onyl.

CHeck at e-courts website  and contact before date...and preferably appear in person on dates....

Or change the counsel..if you are nort comfortable..

Engage a every able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters and having successful track record ….. and worth his/her salt …and discuss in person and even seasoned PIP and proceed in best of your interest.. 

Find recourses if possible to end litigation and get out of litigation  ASAP..
