I own a flat near Dhayari Phata, Sinhagad Road in Pune. Recently I heard about a proposed Fly-over bridge to be constructed near Dhayari Phata. The work is going to be initiated anytime soon. People all around are saying that the buildings on both sides of the proposed bridge will be demolished fully/partly. I am very much worried about this. In our building, the flat below mine is gunthewari cleared while mine is not. Has gunthewari anything to do with this? How can I get clear picture about the status of my building? Early response highly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
