I am a victim of false 498a and 125 and DV. My FIL has harrased so much.
the case is in trial stage.
If witness name is change in charge sheet , witness statment of CAW cell, father's name is same however only name has changed and adress is as per statment. can it challanged in court?
FIL has 2 ration card, 2 voter card ( 1 is in delhi and 1 in native place), any help in this fraud in 498a case.
What action I can take against my FIL for this fraud.

1. A person can only have one active ration card + one active voter card.
2. Having two ration cards if from RTI one is able to find then one is canceled of if the person is not found of living in that State.
3. Having two voter cards if from RTI one is able to find out then the person having two voter cards can be penalised up to 30 K and one voter ID card is canceled.
Now depends how you pursued the follow ups respectively.
