An application was filed under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. After rejection a revision was filed U/s 397 & 399 of the Cr. P. C. Upon hearing the Hon'ble court decided to issue summon to the opposite parties / prospective accused. But it was opposed by arguing that Prospective accused does not come into the picture till F.I.R.or Cognigence of the matter ,inspite of this again a new order has been passed for compleating the process of issuing summon to the O.P. with out providing a copy of Judgment of Apex Court mentioned by the Hon'ble Court , which is basis of rejection . What I should do now? Revision is pending . Whether I can use the Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C.?
