so you have second husband with a issue

who dont have custody of child,

meaning to say you have denied him visitation rights

now staying with his mother,and whom my husband [2nd] is not giving any maintainance by court order.

so you divorced second husband and have been awarded maintanence for child

but now my question is this can his child or his mother demand maintanance in future?

maintanence has been ordered you have to file contempt of court and accordingly court will take action if he is not paying for the child .where is the question of future maintanence ??:(

There are two conditions in which they may;

1. Greatly depends on their divorce Judgment

2.
Under change of circumstances

However if you know more about his earlier divorce then reply will be much better than the short one as in above.
