Sir/Madam,
How to add alleged accused as parties in Protest Complaint u/s 200 crpc where material allegations against the proposed accused and their role in all the criminal offences are apparent and therefore their presence in the complaint is essential?
Please refer with citations and sections under criminal law?

You just have to make them parties by showing some connection. It is enough. Court will take care about the rest.

Dont worry whether you want to add or minus, once case is filed the court will take care of it according to law.

Yes sir, But the application is returned by saying protest petition filed against A1 only. How this complaint maintainable to take cognizence against A2. Hence returned.
Now what to comply sir?
