MOHANA SUNDARAM (Advocate High court Madras. M-9840908555)     28 April 2010

masthan sir,

if case is not registered, then the complaint is not a record and hence you could not get 'certified copy' from the police.

MASTHAN (Self employeed)     29 April 2010

Hi Mohana Sundaram,

When I say the case is not registered, it means, the FIR is not registered but the her complaint is there in the family counseling records of police station. I want to get the certified copy of the complaint and the family counseling record.

Thanks,

Masthan
