How to get details of unauthorised land in a suit

How can we know:-

1.A person owns plot in unauthorsed area in Loni.Can whereabout of his property be traced for attachment in court?

2.A person has Ancestral agricultural land in uttaranchal village.How can details of it be obtained for attachment purpose in court?

2.From the Village Revenue Record. Record of Right and record of cultivation.
