I am Krishna Mohan aged 39 years resident of Hyderabad. I request legal opinion of transferring my parental property. The following are the details:
1. My father worked for an PSU (BHEL) situated in Hyderabad and owned a property of 230 sq. yards.
2. Father expired in year 2007 and did not leave any will for the property. My Mother too expired in the year 2010.
3. I have 2 elder sisters who are unmarried and live with me. I am married in year 2012 and have a girl child aged 3 months.
4. The property is still in the name of my father and now I intend to transfer this on to the names on my sister's and myself.
Please let us know if we need to get a Succession Certificate form the Court of Law? Please suggest?
