sir,
I am in legal practice after two years and I found that accused counsel has fiven s.145(2) applicatiuon to me. I am confused that what should be its reply and whether I have to argue on it. please supply me format of reply for this application.

Consult to your party about the facts of your matter. You hav to rebut the contents of application parawise on the basis of facts as told by your party. It is better for you to take advice of any local senior lawyer instead of putting this question here without any fact.

You must prove your parties possession on the suit land. So plead the fact which infers your possession on the suit land..
