An HUF Consisting of One Male Member(Husband) One Female(Wife) and Three Daughters(Two Major & One Minor) has been in existance. The Husband being its Karta.
Suddenly the Karta(the only male members) expires.Now please tell:
what will be the future of such HUF in this situation?
Can the remaining Four members(all female) can reconstitute this HUF and if yes then who is rightly entitled to become its Karta.?
