in Definition of Dowry on DPA, it nowhere says MAN or WOMEN [https://mynation.net/laws/bare-acts/dowry/dp-s2.htm] And at the time of marriage Girls side didn`t give any dowry nor boy take any; instead Boy gave all Gold and valuable(its written prenuptial Agreement)
at the time of marriage Girl Family asked house to be made in girls name or seperate house than his family house, and husband forced to build one and forced to buy a land in her name; later forced to buy Gold bangles for her mother and Sisters Daughter.
So can Husband file Dowry case on his Wife now ?
