Husband's salary payslip

 if you require the salary slip of your husband for your stated purpose then you can take witness summon against the employer of your husband.

File an application u/s 106 of Indian Evidence Act before the court where the matter is pending and the court  pass an order to opposite party to disclosed his income and assets.

simply getting slalary slip of your husband does not enough to be getting your self maintenance from your husband, there should be your name entered in service record of your husband as a wife, in not so

you directly claim  with marriage proof to his department/salary disbursement authority for justice & if not satisfied with department

you should go to court to get justice.
