Facing an issue during CIT Appeals and see below are the narrating the history and very much depressed from 2012 after receiving notice from IT Department, We want to get relief from depression
1. Cash deposited on 2010
2. Received Notice 143(1) and 143(2) from IT department and i have shown that all are my income
3. ITO did not agree my books of account mentioned as my salary given to father and he has returned to me
4. ITO issues the Demands Order with 12 lakhs on 2014 using 143(3)
5. I went immediately to CIT Appleas to get some relief
6. Now CIT also not agreeing and bring more proof from father, Father also not having any more proof
and i dont have any proof other than my salary income and withdran from my Bank.
Now I am in Last stage of closing my file infornt of CIT Appeal and Please suggest me what do i need to ?
what will happend If i say that I am ready to pay all Tax during hearding Commesioner of IT ? to get releif.
what are next steps or actions can be done.
I heard,i will be getting prosecution.( minimum 3 month imprisonment )
because of this my entire family is depressed and collapsed.
Note : I am going via CA only.
