Dear Friends,
In view of the unfortunate fury of the nature at Kedarnath, Uttrakashi what is more important at this hour the food bill or ordinance for ensuring safe return of the stranded citizens, medical facility, transportation needs and unfortunately last but not least issuance of death certificate without running from pillar to post and without greecing the hands of most corrupt bureacracy of all time.
