I have been selected for group-1 APPSC under PH (HH) in the
2007 from there on words getting the problem.There are so many
clarification in my fever from CCD(New Delhi)and Govt. of AP, finally the
matter has been referred to DGHS, New Delhi, Who is Apex body in India
they are placed before the expert committee, letter No: S.13020/1/2008-MH
(Pt.1) dated 23.06.2009 they opined that Mr. T.L G falls in
category of PH (HH) as per existing guidelines under PWD Act. Still now
no action from Govt.of AP.The matter has been pending APAT from 2009 on words,
In this regard Give me VALID LEGAL ADVICE.
