i got my dismissal into compulsory retirement and the same was published in govt gazette. but instead of implementing this award ,management without any single amount got stay order from high court. i learnt that no court can intervene after publication of award .but how the high court gave stay order without asking to deposit some amount in the court. how to proceed further in this case. i got conviction in sessions court and criminal appeal is pending. is there any relation if i go for vacation of stay order.
please advice me whether any section like sec 17B applicable in my case. it is applecable for reinstatement only. but what abt the compulsory retirement in the tribunal
