I have purchased a property in Bibinagar, Telangana in a venture, but the name of the venture is incorrect (Through the name of the claimant, survey numbers, extent etc. is correct) in the EC. Also the name of the ASGPA holders are not mentioned (The land is purchased from a land developing firm which has a Managing director, and two directors and there is an ASGPA agreement). When I checked the EC details of adjacent plots(Online encumbrance telangana), I have found that the names of the ASGPA holders are mentioned for the other plots the names of the ASGPA holders are mentioned. When I asked the developer about this, it was mentioned that it is just a variation i typing and there is no need to worry about it. Also i got a manual EC from the SRO but the same is mentioned in the manual EC also.
Please guide me on what to do? Is this alarming? How do i get this rectified?
