Info and guidance on export license

Hi,

we (me and my partner) would like to start a export business on spices, It would be of great help if we could get information the formalities involved in getting an export license, and also on the legal aspects if any in this export business . as a start we are planning to target Asian market in a small scale and hopefully towards larger scale of exports .
