Dear Team,
My father had a property in my native place (Nambiyur) of 2.25 acre. Last two years back he was missed . Since Myself and Mother is staying in Chennai, One of my neighbour encroach my land of nearly 45 cents.
Last years we make civil suit in district Munsif court but the case move on snail pace. Moreover I came to know My Mother or Myself cannot entitle for my father property becasue my father death was not declared officially or wait for 7 years considered to be civil death.
So in this scenario what way we can approach the court for accrue our Father property. Kindly advcie.
Note: All revenue reords are available for my Father property.
