My wife Filed for divorce Under 13(1)(i)(a) for cruelty with 150000/- P.M as final releif along with the same as AD-INTERIM as she has declared herself desitutue.
I have filed RCR as a counter claim.
Q-1 My questions to the respected jurey members will she be awarded 150000/- p.m which she claims for her self and child as Ad-Interim Relief
She has very tactfully seperated child expenses 60% and her expenses 40% with supporting documents which are very exhaustive and exggatred.
Q-2 Please guide can she claim such maintenance in 13(1)(i)(a)

I earn Rs 40000/- P.M for which I have submitted all the I.T.R bank Form 16 Employment certificate and other details details etc.
Q-3 Can she claim maintenance by filing a new Maintenace petition incase the court orders a lower maintenece as she has already invested ((3 years) in her dream lifestyle in order to create evidence
