Interim relief in consumer complaint

I purchased WHIRLPOOL Washing Machine carrying 10 years Warranty. Machine started giving technical trouble within 2 years from its purchase. I complained to Whirlpool but the manufacturers refused to rectify the technical defect, unless I pay Rs. 6,000/- + GST on a part needed to be replaced. So I hv filed Consumer Complaint with District Consumer Forum, Mumbai. As the outcome of this Complaint shall take over two years to attain its finality, I cannot operate the Washing Machine till judgment & Order.

Can I file any Interim Application before District Consumer Forum, praying for directions to Whirlpool to rectify the technical defect immediately, without my making any payment towards the cost of parts as demanded by Whirlpool? In my Interim Application, can I mention that I am willing to deposit Rs. 6,000/- + GST amount with District Forum and in the event of my loosing the Case against Whirlpool, they can claim this amount from the District Forum? Thanks in advance for guidance.
