Is it recomended to ask for further infestiagtion

Dear All,

In my 498A case the allegations are as follows:

  1. Husband and his relatives slapped saying that house hold itmes are less and ademanded addtitional dowry.
  2. Wife was necked out off house after forcible abortion by the husband and his one of the relative.

Whereas in CrPC-125 case:

Wife said that husband was not in house and did not return home hence wife left to her place and filed the complaint reveals that the point:2 is not possible to occur and on this single allegation relative of the husband made as accused in the 498A case.

Can I ask High Court for further investiagtion being the there was no forcible pregnancy abortion happened and also husband side relatives were not present in matrimonial home.

I heard from lawyers that if reinvestiagtion or further investiagtion is done then police will further cook the story and make the complaint more complex. Is it true, in the circumstance that my neighbours are in full support of me and they already to give the facts to police.
