let X is the uncle who gave a piece of property to his nephew "Y" by signing a will mentioning that whenever it's necessary he could claim for the same from him which is later recorded in the name of his Nephew "Y", but co-incidently Y died and he was issueless that's why he was staying with his uncle "X", Now tell me how to transfer the same property in the name of "X".
