Dear Sir,My wife is having a legitimate right in her grandfather's property along with 3 other copasners.She want to make a registered gift deed of her legitimate ansistral property share of 1/4th to her daughter who is minor at present.Can she proceed ahead with out the consent of other copasners?
Can she register her property in gannavaram(home town)andhra pradesh while the proerty is actually located in khammam,telengana state now?
Bychance if she rigisters her property share will this information is comunicated to other copasners immediately?
