Just Wanted to know

Hello Every One,

I have few Queries ,can any one help

1) We have been staying in a bulding is some 12-13 yrs old, the builder has not helped in making the society, can we people staying there make the society, if yes what is the procedure.

2) We have been given very little parking space, the other parking space was converted by the builder for shope is this right , how can we get the parking space back.

3) As promised by the builder there was a watchman room, which was attached to a shop now the shop owner has locked it & is been using it for his purpose , can we take it back.

First, U make a service society for maintain your building and make a all purchaser r member and share holder of the society. Thenafter u check your plan pass copy if the shop construction is illegal, u can give notice to the builder and owner of the shop and file a suit for that and one application give in government office for illegal construction.
