Land and buildings have been acquired by the Govt.without issuing Notifications u/s 3,4,5,5-A,6,8,9,10 of the Land Acquisition Act,1864,consequently no Award have been made for such acquisition.
I will be remain thanksful on proper guidance.

It is not possible.. You may check the records again... Else you may move a petition before High Court for challending the acquisition of land / building.. You may resort to RTI also for knowing factuals, before moving to High Court..
