Land record mistakes during resurvey of land in 1967

Hi All,

The Land Survey number 37/Old and 56/New, situated at Kankatta village,

Hobli, Dubulgundi, Taluka Humnabad, District Bidar. But during resurvey the record has changed to 11 acre 3 guntas for the new survey No.56 without any valid explanation indicating the difference of 13 acre 28 guntas.

When comparing the old and new documents for land sy.no.37 (old) and 56(new) obtained from land record office found discrepancies in the land record indicating.

When I approached the land record office they are not all helping to resolve the issue by dong resurvey with the original documents and also requested DC by forwarding old and new documents but still no reply from revenue department

Could you please suggested what I should do in this case shall I approach high court / Lower court with help of old documents and new documents to direct the revenue department to get it corrected.

Regards
