I had purchased a Gramthana site 20 years ago. I am in possession of only a registered sale deed. What are the other supporting documents I need to have for selling the property? Whom do I approach for other documents like mother deed? Can I approach any Governnent department or the Gram Panchayat and get the supporting documents?
