LEASE ISSUE

HI ALL,

 I WANT TO LEASE MY SHOP TO A RESTURANT OWNER BUT OUR SOCIETY IS SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW AS RESTURANT BUISNESS IN OUR SOCIETY.I ASKED TO MUNCIPAL AUTHORIETY ABOUT THIS THEY TOLD THAT THEY WOULD REQUIER NOC FROM SOCIETY PLEASE SHOW ME SOME WAY.

Check the society's bye laws - if there is no such restriction mentioned in the bye-laws you can serve them legal notice or call for an extra ordinary general body meeting and obtain voting and pass a resolution in your favour.  For the second option, you have to lobby with other members of the society and ensure that you will get vote majority in the meeting.
