Dears :
To purchase a property at Hyderabad, having a wide spread of 7 hectares, what are the docs to be verified. I am sure there would be a checklist for this prepared by our seniors. I wuld like to seek your help in getting that check list . I appreciate the response at the earliest from my fellow lawyers.

You go inaccordance with the check list and very important is paper publication calling objections from the public for your purchase, to avoid the future litigation. It is to be in safer side.

Thanks for your immediate reply on the issue at my hand. Really it is a path finder for me in current scenario but still I am waiting for a check list doc which may direct me to the docs to be verified in this transaction.

Since you are buying a huge property kindly consult an advocate.
Check list may mislead you as there is no standard rule that is universally applicable.
A lot depends on the kind of property eg., agricultural/open land...., the party who is selling i.e. Company, firm, individual, farmer......
