How and from where can i get legal heir certificate in west Delhi ? What is the required procedure, format , draft for this ? How is it different from succession certificate?
My husband and i had a joint property with hoam loan running. Post my husband's demise, i have paid off the loan but the bank needs this document to handover the original papers to me - a joint owner.
Pls help and advise.
