We are Christians. My Dads sister ( 65yrs old) and her husband ( 67ys) are childless. My NRI parents left me in their house and i stayed in their house for my entire school eductaion. They are also like parents to me and they aslo introduce me to everybody as their son. But now i am worried that in case of death of my Aunt and/ or Uncle , as per the law , their property would go to my uncles brothers side and not to me. What would be legal things to do when they are alive to make sure the properties come to me. For reasons unknown , my uncle doesnot want to write a will !! what must i do?
