one of my relative died on 23.08.2013 .He made his will on a pane white paper on 16.08.11 two year before his death, stating there in that ownership of all his movable and immovable property shall be transferred to his wife after his death.
1. What is legal validity of such will made on the plane paper.
2. How can the beneficery probate the will the loaw of court. What is time limit for that
