Want to check with property lawyers present here regarding the legality of the clauses mentioned in the possession agreement. What should a buyer keep in mind before signing the agreement and if there are certain clauses which are not in favour of the buyer, should the buyer sign the agreement or should the promoter be forced to modify the clauses.
I have attached a possession letter which the builder is forcing to sign. Can some property lawyer here, please go through the document and comment on the various clauses. I have marked the ones which seem objectionable, in red.
