Limitation time for restoration of case under hindu marriage act

When a court dismisses a case with Nature of Disposal as Uncontested Dismissed, please let me know under what time one can file an application for restoration of the same.

Many Thanks

Restoration Petition can be filed within 30 days from the date of order and even it can be filed after expiry of this period with delay condone petition explaining sufficient cause for delay.

Since the case is stated to have been "dismissed" uncontested, it can not be restored as it has finally been disposed, as stated by you.

Extended query of your earlier post at https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/meaning-of-for-final-disposal--226508.asp

It would be appropriate to contact and consult your lawyer who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case and avoid such meaningless time pass post(s)

Dear Sir,

There are two cases which are undergoing in two different courts, to which you have made reference to. My both the queries were pertaining to individual cases and not related to each other.

I am not passing my time here, nor do I have such time to pass. I was here just to seek more of legal advice and clarity with the learned advocates empanelled with lawyerclubindia.com.

I have also come across the attached information pertaining to HMA in its section 28.

Regards
