Hi,
I have loged a case for maintanence to my mother since from 1 year. The case being pending and nothing we have received so far from my father and as a maintanence, our lawyer is not working out seriously he wont open his mouth in the judgement conversation. Opposite lawyer is strong enough then our lawyer.
My dad is settled with their sister house and he is working in a bank as an officer, he is getting retirement and his settlement will be done by Jun 20th. I have been keep on forcing to our lawyer to do something to hold on the retirement settlement. However nothing workedout and it came till the end moment now. I spoke with the bank manager and they can't hold the settlement until unless they get the confirmation from the Judge.
Last time April 12th case date has been postponed has been postponed to Jun19, since the Judge was in leave.
We are financially weak and not in position to change the lawyer.
Can anyone please advise how to take step further to hold the retirement settlement.
Please advise is there any way my mother can directly approach to Judge to help on the settlement holding.
