Maintenance related

Thank u all for ur valuable advice , i wil try to follow this and wud ask my lawyr too , but actually my problem is i dnt want maintenance coz i dnt hv any prooof of his income tht he earns 90k monthly , and just for sake of 4or5k i wud nt like to increase one more case in our special judicial system but i m bound to file coz my hubby nt giving divorce aftr talking evrthing frm.me one of my inlaw try to molest me he want me to withdrawn tht case thn only he wil think abt divorce no counselling left i tried my best now only wish to see the culprits behind the bar which is next to impossible, my qustion is i want to work as i was working 2yrs bk but now again want to join my old organization and they give salary direct in bank ac tht too which is listed wid them and i was having sakary ac in tht bank and my husband having all details abt tht ac so if i close tht ac and re open a new one it wil come undr one customer id so i m still stnd with same issue i want solutions for this and my maintenance case is just to make pressure on him , i dnt want to give proofs to anyone tht i m innocent coz in reality no one wil come to help me ..

Sainath devalla ji , vry true ovr here I cant say my whole story coz a book wont be enough for tht evryone frm high to low all r undr corruption no one help a needy only ppl demands money if u hv thn u will get justic else forget abt justice..... Can u tell me a single name who can help me in my fight tht too without wrng guidance ..
