Marriage with 2nd cousin in hindu law

i m Hindu bhraman  girl in love with my grandfather's real brother son of son. means my fathers cousin brothers son we want to get married can u plz tell me our marriage is legal or not .we can do court marriage or not .or we should move on for different religion.because we want to be together in any cost.

Legally it is not valid , this relation falls under sapinda relationship and prohibited by the HMA , but if you want to marry with him at any cost then marry with him if both of you and your families are agree .

If both of you are desperate, then you both can convert into christianity and get married and registered in church.  That is a legal valid marriage, as per Delhi High Court's judgment.
