Matter of ancestral property will,

Matter of ancestral property will, Total 6 brothers

Person-1, Person-2, Person-3 ,  Person-4,  Person-5,  Person-6

.........

Person-6 made will of his mother in S.N 1997, mother died in feb-2001. p-6 did not disclosed his mother's will in other family member.

After mother died p-2 went to collector office to remove his mother name in property documents , at that time p-2 knew about that his brother p-6 made his mother ancestral property will..mother was doing signed and but p-6 did her finger print instead of sign. and other 2 person who did sign in this will paper , those were not aware about this will which statement given in court...

person-2 challenged in court in S.N. 2003 that will against his younger brother (p-6)..

Other 4 four won’t challenged and not even supported to p-2….and (p-1,3,4,5) also not interfered that matter due to court proceeding is very longest period so other 4 brothers not involved in this case…

but P-2 filled case in civil trail court and he won in April-2017.  trial civil court order “this will is bogus in nature” in april 2017. made by p-6 of his mother part in all ancestral property ...

Now, p-6 filed appeal on july-2017 in district court against p-2 (civil court order) and after few years p-6 died on march-2021, and his (p-6’s) wife name came in this case…

please help to proved legal answer if you can as soon as quick …

is it valid to challenged this will by p-6 wife of this ancestral property ?

Can his (p-6) wife continued challenged this will again ?

Does she has right to challenged this will ?

How can I get/find the reference of previous court judgement or any Indian law for this kind of will matter ?

now, p-6, sold his and his mother part (means 2 part of land) of agriculture land in may-2017 without informed other land owners  after court judgment came in april 2017. p-6 had only 1 part based on court judgement. sol later p-2 again filed case in court & collector office against p-6. [CASE IS IN PROCESS]
