One of my friend lost his father, he contacted office for job on compassionate basis as per rules of govt of india. he followed the advice of official staff and submitted application.
his submission of application was after four years of death of his father. Ministery of concerned department rejected his application on the gorund that, it was late.
my friend is very disappointed
here my queries are:
1. what is the maximum time limit for dependdent for submitting application after the death of deceased ?
2. if in some situation, it gets delayed , then whether there is some humane/ human right ground to get the job?
3. in such situation where my friend must move for resolution of his problem?
