Dear Tajoob Sir And all other Experts

IN CRPC 125 estranged is agreed in 4k per month. I am agree too.As I want visitation of my 22 months baby girl.

It was decided in settlement paper thet I would hv to deposit 4k  by netbanking.

and I have deposit the same.

But she is continously phone to counsellor that It is not recieved yet alhough I have deposited. She is harassing me then I have to go to court to show my statesment.

Now, Please let me know, what are the other option like cheque/DD or cash.

If I deposit the cheque, What is the proceedure?

As it is mention in settlement that transfer through net banking. Can I avail the cheque/DD option now?

you can deposit cheque and keep bank receipts as a proof also your bank statements can be shown as a proof

transaction i.d in net banking can be shown as a proof if your bank account is in nationalized bank then you have further advantage.

I would prefer you deposit the cheque and let it get encashed you can show your bank account statement along with the deposit receipt duly stamped by the bank...However it would be much better to deposit cash and show the receipt.the bank receipt as well your bank account statement can be conclusive proof
