More than 1 yr pf application not suppmitted to pf office

kindly find below the repeated mails sent to the company. But still it is more than one year the company is delaying. kindly help me to get my pf amount. kindly also send the details of the email id,s of the concerned pf department - i can forward the same or help me pls.

Due to some internal RPFC issues, we are still not able to submit your PF withdrawal form with RPFC. The issues will be resolved within next 5-7 days. Once the issues get resolved, your form will be submitted immediately. Kindly support little more in this regards.

1. Always submit such Imp. documents thru Redg.Post. In your case however the company has acknowledged the receipt of PF forms and has cited some internal issues......... 2. Although the company has cited some RPFC issues.......it is felt that there are no issues in RPFC office..... The company might be facing some issues from RPFC e.g. company might be a defaulted and might have not submitted PF deposits and might be facing some action from RPFC..... 3. You may ask the company to specify the issues in writing...to you. 4. List of defaultors can be seen at EPFO website. You can also inquire from nearest OF office.. 5. The company has to attest PF forms and submit to PF office within 5 days of receipt and supply the acknowledgment issued by OF office (for employees) to employee..... 6. You may also demand to supply the PF a/c slips of each year by Redg.Post to you..

Non-submission of form to EPFO is crime on the part of employer nd yu have to submit a writen compliant (not e-mail) with fresh form to the RPFC concerned.
