Multiuse building guidelines

I own a 100*100 site situated in a village area, prominently located along the main road. I am interested in exploring the possibility of developing a multi-use building on this site that would accommodate both commercial and residential spaces. Could you please provide information on whether such a development is permissible? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could outline the specific guidelines, zoning requirements, and any other relevant regulations that would apply to this type of construction. Thank you for your assistance

The answer to the information you ask here will depend on which state you belong to, becasue every state has its own rules in this regard.

Multifunctional building is a structure that contains at least two different destination spaces, but most of present realizations contain a large number of them. In general multifunctional building.

Your building dveloper/engineer will be the proper person to guide you properly in this regard
